not a spreadsheet.

How it works
Set up in one command.
No spreadsheets to import. Your clan is already on the hiscores, so we start there.
01
Link your server
Run /getstarted with your clan name. Clan_Bot pulls your member list and ranks from the RuneScape clan hiscores.
02
Members verify
Members run /validate or sign in on the website to link their RuneScape account, so the bot knows who's who.
03
It keeps itself current
Joins, leaves, rank and name changes sync automatically. XP gains and citadel caps are picked up from public RuneMetrics profiles.
Features
Everything your officers track by hand, tracked for them.
Caps, XP gains, points, ranks and roster changes in one place, with rules you set and results you can check.
Citadel tracking
See who capped and who only visited this tick, without asking anyone to screenshot their Adventure Log.
Points
Define your own point types. Award them by command or automatically on caps and visits.
Rank progress
Members check exactly what they need for their next rank with /rankprogress.
XP tracking
Daily XP gains for every member with a public profile. See who gained the most in any skill today, this week or over the last 90 days, on the website or with /topgainers.
Clan events
Post joins, leaves, promotions, name changes and citadel resets to any channel through webhooks.
Rank-based access
Decide which ranks can manage the clan. Access follows rank changes on its own.
Web dashboard
Search, sort and open every member's history from the browser when Discord isn't enough.
Clan_Bot
Lives where your clan already talks.
Every feature is a slash command away. Officer tools check clan rank, not Discord roles, so access follows promotions without anyone touching server settings.
