RS Clan Admin started as a way to stop managing a RuneScape clan out of spreadsheets. It still is.
The problem
I played RuneScape for years and led a clan that kept growing. Tracking contributions, weekly caps and promotions in spreadsheets stopped working: it took hours, it was easy to get wrong, and good members got missed because their effort never made it into a cell.
What we built
It started as a Discord bot that counted our own clan's weekly caps. It grew into a platform: a dashboard, slash commands, promotion rules and webhooks, all running against real clans from the start.
Where it's going
The bot and the site are looked after by a volunteer crew in their free time. The goal hasn't changed: give clan leaders their time back, and make sure every member gets the recognition they earned.
